So I'm sure you all know my love for DIYs. I have discovered some more through some online surfing and I want to share them with you. Especially since tomorrow will probably be a day of staying at home and recuperating from the events of tonight, these projects would be a great way to keep yourself entertained while remaining indoors and drinking coffee.

Here is a twist on the recycled t-shirt scarf DIY that I haven't seen before. Just simply cut across the bottom of the shirt, stretch the loops, twist them up into smaller loops, then tie them together. Simple as that! What I love most about these t-shirt scarves is that they are not only unique to each person, but there is no sewing involved and you can literally do this in minutes.
First off I'm just gonna say, I wish I would have known about this idea back when I worked at Babies-R-Us. Maybe I could have sold more cribs. I love this idea for a work station made from an out-grown crib. I think the only thing I would change on it would be to have the chalkboard part only be half of the table space, along the back. That way they have a regular table space as well. And probably add some character and learning based decorations.
This is a Flickr image that really gives a great concept for artwork to hang on the wall. Just buy a canvas, paint it, pencil on a design, then use those metal thumbtacks to create the studded look. Depending on the style you choose this could work for any decor for any room in the house.
Enjoy! Go get your craft on!
